Students watched different folk story videos.

The Singing Donkey




We showed different story videos to the students. We discussed the start, middle and the end part of the story. Students learned the vocabulary related to the topic.  Students did the story sequencing activity. Students described the characters.  

Students wrote the vocabulary related to the elements of the story in their notebook. 
Students drew the characters from the story and wrote their names.

Students enjoyed watching the story video. They discussed different characters and their behavior.
Students told the moral from the story and discussed their life experiences. Students enacted the story. 



World Language Week activity
We called on parent volunteers for the Hindi reading session. Parent’s response was very good. On Friday 23rd January 2015 we had a Hindi reading session. Parents came and they told very nice stories to students. Students enjoyed this session very much.
